Activities
Project activities
The Voices4YOU project has the following activities:
- 2 transnational project meetings (TPM) in Greece and Romania
- 4 Workshops, 1 per partner
- The production of an eHandbook
- The development of a Digital Platform
- The production of Educational Material for the project topic
Also, informative material will be produced for dissemination purposes.
Digital Platform
The Institute of Social Innovation and Dialogue will initiate the development of a digital platform where all participants and stakeholders can connect and engage in discussions. Young people are increasingly immersed in the digital realm, predominantly as consumers of content rather than creators. However, they often lack the skills to effectively utilize social media to advocate for causes they are passionate about. The content generated through the program will be shared on this platform. Additionally, there will be interactive activities aligned with the program’s objectives, allowing interested individuals to engage and reinforce their learning.
Educational Material
Asociatia Tinerilor cu Initiativa Civica A.T.I.C will be responsible for creating and managing educational materials to be distributed to project participants and utilized throughout project activities. The decision to develop these materials stemmed from the need to enhance our youth work practices with innovative methods beyond traditional approaches, focusing specifically on storytelling and animation techniques. We aimed to devise creative methods that would engage young people, particularly those with fewer opportunities, as conventional educational approaches often fall short in meeting contemporary learning needs. The educational materials will center on training youth workers in storytelling and animation methodology, focusing on various aspects such as improving digital competencies, understanding narrative construction, fostering communication and collaboration skills, and promoting critical thinking and intercultural awareness. Additionally, the materials will provide practical resources for implementing digital storytelling in non-formal learning settings and share experiences from different organizations to enhance effectiveness in youth work.

The outline of the eHandbook broadly includes:
- Introduction to European Citizens’ Initiatives

Informational Material and Dissemination
Informational Material and Dissemination Costs Initial target groups for dissemination activities inside the project consortium will comprise the following: (1) members, volunteers and staff of the organisations involved in the project consortium; (2) members, volunteers and staff of the associated partners who have undertaken to support the development, testing and implementation of the project; (3) the young people with fewer opportunities who participate in the youth development activities organised by partners and/ or the associated partners. All of these initial target group members will be formally introduced to the project at the beginning of the project life-cycle and informed about the aims of the project, the actions to be followed and the proposed tools and resources to be produced. Partners will develop promotional video tailored for each specific target group for use at staff meetings, youth club assemblies, committee meetings, etc. These video will outline the expected impact of the project so as to encourage continued participation and support. The focus of this initial dissemination is to build a strong multi-stakeholder cohort of advocates for the project who will be able to speak knowledgeably about the project and its aims and objectives to other interested parties beyond the local areas.
